In the past few years I notice more and more how to create feelings of Joy and Happiness
Who doesn’t want to feel joy and happiness.
There are plenty of quotes stating how to do this or given traces of what can be done.

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
“Happiness is not something ready-made. It come from your own actions.”
There are countless videos, articles, books as well.
Yet we still have complications every day on how to sustain happiness. So how do we get it.
We seem to be okay with hitting like, love, and favorite pictures and quotes on social media without hesitation.
Yet we are desensitize to the minimal yet impactful parts of our lives.
One easy yet impactful action to bring more joy to your day is to give gratitude
Do it daily, do it often, do if for everything you take for granted.
Once the habit is there you will notice the positive of your life more than the other side.
