Did you make any changes since last week?
I took a different route to work each day this week. Just to mix it up.
We can always find something small that may make the difference.

I thought I would continue the positive path down beating mundane.
This week add another challenge to overcoming the hamster wheel.

Try something new!!

How many times has a thought come across your mind to try something?
And you didn’t pull the trigger.
Maybe a new recipe or food
Pick up a new hobby, read a book, turn off the TV

As we continue the same actions in our day to day,
Our brain becomes relaxed and basically turns off.
Anytime we do something new we again engage our brain.
Cause the mundane of our day to day to go away for at least a little bit.
